All women who are members of St. Andrews are automatically members of the Episcopal Church Women (ECW). This organization is run by a steering committee that consists of a chairperson, secretary, and treasurer. Also on the committee are a church liaison, funeral coordinator, kitchen supply coordinator, cookie walk coordinator and program coordinator.

Throughout the year, the ECW sponsors various programs including retreats, speakers, dinners/luncheons for the members, and provides luncheons for funerals. The main fundraiser is an Cookie Walk held a few weeks before Christmas.

Current sub-groups of ECW are:

• Prayer Shawl Ministry Those who knit or crochet gather twice a month to knit and enjoy the fellowship of other women. The prayer shawls are distributed to those in need.
• Sisters of St. Andrews This group has been organized for the women who live in the Canadian Lakes area.
• Women of Spirit This is a Bible study group that meets periodically to discuss the Bible, primarily women of the Bible.
